These forms include our DonorPerfect donation form, event registration forms through OneCause and QGiv/Bloomerang, our Constant Contact email list sign-up form, our Volunteer contact form, and our Impact Survey. We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your email address, postal address, home or work telephone number and other personal information for such purposes as correspondence, making a donation, or participating in online surveys.
If you choose to communicate with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. Media and embedded content from other websites

Laurel House is committed to protecting your privacy. Emails and SMS messages may contain sensitive information; therefore, employees will not share or forward messages externally without appropriate verification and consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This policy is compliant with the FCC and any applicable state laws regarding SMS and email communication.
How we use the information you share with us
We use personal information for the purposes of administering our services, providing support, and providing accurate and relevant information and resources to users.
