Laurel House recognizes that the legal system is complex and can be challenging to an unrepresented victim or survivor of domestic violence. Our Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART) works to support folks through various court processes. DART advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance, including:

*resource referrals (i.e., legal, housing, counseling, transportation, etc.)

*court accompaniment and advocacy, both civil and criminal

*assistance with the Protection from Abuse Order process, and follow-up services

*connect clients to courthouse childcare services
